Pecorino del Monte Poro - DOP 3 kg approx.

The cheese comes from the famous Calabrian plateau that boasts lush water channels and fresh fodder almost 12 months a year, at an altitude of about 700 meters above sea level where there are large and uncontaminated pastures. The cheese is aged for about 60 days on wooden boards according to DOP specifications.
Ingredients: sheep's milk, natural rennet, salt.
