Taleggio DOP slice approx. 400 gr.

Typical cheese from the valleys of Lombardy, it takes its name from the valley in which Val Taleggio was initially recognized in the province of Bergamo. It is an Italian PDO cheese, made with raw cow's milk, soft and with a washed rind, born as often happens from the need to conserve the excess milk produced by the cows in the mountain pastures. With a characteristic flavour of the paste, slightly aromatic, without bitter connotations, markedly acidic and with the characteristic moulds present.

Ingredients : cow's milk, natural rennet, natural molds, salt.
